The Archetypes event, a ticketed, multi-sensory event hosted by Future Commerce and Adobe featured art, music, dance, poetry, and storytelling. This event, so focused on creating unique human experiences, required an inventive website that served as an extension of the event itself. Centered around common archetypes, the brand serves as a celebration of humanity and the diversity of roles in commerce.
With an event as unique and experience-driven as the Archetypes event, the site needed to live up to the promises of the event and the brand as a whole. With a brand derived from traditional print and storybook inspiration created by All True, we designed a site that would lean into traditional print formats while subtly breaking traditional web experiences. With horizontal scrolls, static scrolling text and print-inspired layouts, we created a site intended to feel engaging and unique in its experience.
The Archetypes microsite was created to create interest and engagement leading up to the event but was structured to live into itself after the event was over. With the addition of content captured at the event, beautiful merchandise product pages, and even a quiz to find your own archetype, the site remains engaging and interesting well after the event has ended.
